Beauty in the Cold

On the road North of Princeton, on our way to visit friends. I got tired of passing all that newly formed ice and pulled off...

At the only pond not yet frozen over.

The lake was beautiful under its morning mist,

And...

I left my long lens at home :-)  Ah well... next time.

Swans, mist and hoar frost make quite the mix.
