Across the Way

Sand flats at a beach in Scotland below the snow covered mountains of the Lake District across the channel.

I don't know the purpose of the wooden platform out there, but it set off the photo nicely.

Shell Supply

We hadn't seen very many sea shells on the beaches that we visited. Then we came to this one spot in Scotland, and they were all there. All of the missing shells from everywhere else.

Driving in Scotland

We do not endorse photography from moving vehicles. Get out of your car and shoot it like a real photographer. Do not shoot through the car window. We do not... oh well, whatever...

I admit to some disappointment - Scottish thistles look very much like English daffodils!
