This is the friendliest hoary marmot that I have ever seen. It came right into our camp. Usually they are pretty skittish.

This had washed out in the gravel on the back side of the peak. Might have been there for hundreds of years.

North Ridge

 

We are climbing up a North ridge near K Mountain just South of Keremeos. It's quite a steep climb with nice sight lines.
