Keller Ferry
The lively little craft that crosses the Grand Coulee Reservoir at Keller Ferry.
When this transport truck came aboard, the ferry tipped back noticeably.
Level lines, sign of a working reservoir.
Traitors!
Looking back at the crossing from the hill above. The road up was delightfully windy, but we didn't stop to photograph it properly. Some other day.
Road Trip
A trip in the US. Most of these pictures are between Nighthawk and Oroville, along the Similkameen River.
Bonk Birds
The first of these birds was a misproportioned attempt at a class carving project. Wondering what to do with it, I noticed that it had a special property. I set out to make a few more, carefully tuning them to have that same property.
Property in question?
A propensity for falling on their noses at the slightest provocation.

Casket
A casket that I was asked to make for a family friend. Done, here, with help from my brother.
I enjoyed the woodworking, and felt that the end product turned out well.
It's also a privilege to do this kind of thing for a loved one. Sort of a last gift.
