You see, we were playing around - for the first time at a larger event - with our off-camera flashes. Now we could pursue ourvicsubjects into darkened buildings and shoot them in their natural habitat.

We caught many interesting expressions.
One got the sense at times that they were trying to get away from the camera.
We were faced with suspicion and shock...
Resignation...
And even hostility.
The lighting turned out well enough in some of the photos, but there was something wrong with the overall mood of the subjects.
Sort of like... what you might find... I don't know... in a warzone, or something?Honestly, we didn't have the flashes on full power.

The expressions are awesome!! And I love the effect of the flash.
