Table Favors

My brother made up a bunch of wooden fridge magnets as table favors for his wedding.

He got a local sign shop to burn the text with a laser cutting machine.

Then he meticulously cut each one out on the scroll saw and gave an initial machine sanding to the edges.

After that it was all volunteer powered.

The wood came from around our shop. Flavors available: Locust, Laburnum, Apricot, Cherry, Plum, Burly Maple and Russian Olive.

The finish is beeswax

Each heart got a single rare earth magnet

Stacks of rare earth magnets are disproportionately entertaining.
