I usually enjoy photographing a forest fire. Nice clean lines, plenty to see.
This one felt a little different. Some friends lost their place in the Lytton fire two years ago.
Everything has a different meaning after a fire

Not, generally, for the better
So many things are tied to old memories and good times
So much work undone
Such thoroughness
