After attempting to hike Mount Snowdon, and finding a packed out parking lot, we wandered down the valley to the North and ended up hiking at Nant Ffrancon.
It was a nice place to hike.
Multiple crossings on the road near our parking spot.
We shared the mountain with sheep and a charming stream.
The sea in view to the North
Getting up there
During this hike we kept meeting these wise looking sheep...
We tried to ask advice of them...
But all that they would say was, "Who are you?" and, "Why are you here?"
Up the valley to the South
The sky was full of nice puffy clouds
North end of the ridge
A reservoir to our West - google maps says it is Marchlyn Mawr.
I see a market opportunity for veterinary chiropractors.
