Pocket Buck

 I saw a nice velvety 3 point buck in the back yard the other day.

 I didn't set the camera up properly, so there is a bit of motion blur in the photos.

 Some of you will be wondering how big he was...

 

If it helps, that is a standard height door knob.

I'm pretty sure that he is the smallest adult deer I have seen to date. Unless, perhaps, the fawns grow antlers here.
